We all encounter challenging transitions, experiences, and emotions throughout our lives. Resolving problems, managing stress, and dealing with pain can often feel overwhelming. Psychotherapy offers a confidential, supportive environment where individuals can explore their feelings, understand their experiences, and develop strategies to improve their mental health and well-being.
I approach psychotherapy with teens, young adults, and families with curiosity, empathy and compassion. While I am flexible and varied with the techniques and approaches I use, I am always present and engaged in the therapeutic process. My style allows me to build trust and rapport with clients, leading to more effective therapy outcomes.
My approach is strengths based, client centered and integrative. I utilize multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Executive Functioning Skills support to help clients develop coping skills and make positive changes in their lives.

I do not bill insurance directly. If you are interested in using your insurance, you can contact your insurance company to determine your benefits and if the services are reimbursable.
Some insurance companies will reimburse you for all or part of the fees. Upon request, I can provide you with an itemized bill with a diagnosis and services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company to reimburse you directly.
