About Me
Children, teens and young adults commonly experience stress due to school pressure, peer relationships, identity formation, autonomy struggles, and family dynamics. This time of life can also bring openness to new perspectives and an ability to adapt and embrace change.
I am committed to providing a supportive environment during transformative and challenging times. My approach is non-judgmental and compassionate, and I work with my clients to identify their unique strengths and develop new skills to achieve their goals.

Academic Credentials
My education at the University of Michigan provided a solid foundation in liberal arts and advanced social work training, enhancing my critical thinking and understanding of human behavior. This rigorous curriculum emphasized both theory and practical application, preparing me for a successful career in mental health and education.
